Cars in German Town Discovered Marked with Nazi Symbols in Human Blood, Law Enforcement State

Officers reported they were notified by a man who noticed a automobile in Hanau covered with red-colored liquid

Roughly fifty vehicles have been covered with what appears to be blood from a person in the German town of Hanau close to Frankfurt, police confirm authorities.

Automobiles, walls and mailboxes were marked, occasionally with prohibited symbols, they announced in a official communication.

Officers state they were alerted in the late hours on Wednesday evening, when a man discovered that a automobile in the Lamboy district of Hanau had been marked with a reddish fluid.

The fluid had been placed in the pattern of a swastika, they reported.

Police then located many other vandalized cars and residential walls in the adjacent neighborhood.

These symbols are banned in Germany under regulations banning the public display of Nazi symbols.

Law enforcement report preliminary tests indicate the substance was most likely human blood.

"At present there remains no lead as to where it came from; officials are currently not aware of any physical harm in connection with the event," they commented.

Local authorities stated they were attempting "to solve the mystery" and have appealed to the public for information.

An important official commented the attack left him speechless and required to be resolved rapidly.

"This event affects the core of Hanau and reawakens the pain of the right-wing violent incident five years ago," he stated on a platform, mentioning the death of nine individuals by a gunman targeting individuals of migrant background in five years prior.
